• Shopify - e-commerce platform, hosting, checkout, security, order administration and related webshop functionality.
• Shopify Payments and payment providers available at checkout - payment processing, fraud prevention and transaction administration. Depending on the customer location and our active checkout configuration, this may include iDEAL, credit and debit cards and accelerated payment methods supported by Shopify Payments.
• UPS - shipping, delivery, shipment tracking and related logistics services.
• Klaviyo - email marketing and customer communication platform. We use Klaviyo to manage newsletter subscriptions and sign-up forms, to send newsletters and automated emails (such as welcome emails, reminders about items left in your cart, post-purchase emails and confirmations of return requests), and, with your consent, to personalise emails based on your activity on our website.
• Google - analytics, advertising, conversion measurement and related services, where enabled and subject to consent where required.
• Meta - advertising, audience measurement and conversion tracking for Meta platforms, where enabled and subject to consent where required.
• TikTok - advertising, audience measurement and conversion tracking, where enabled and subject to consent where required.
• Professional advisers and authorities - accountants, auditors, legal advisers, tax authorities and other competent authorities where required or permitted by law.
Depending on the service, these parties may act as our processors, sub-processors or independent controllers. Where required, we enter into appropriate data processing arrangements. We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers of personal data
Some of our service providers, including Shopify, Klaviyo, Google, Meta and TikTok or their group companies and sub-processors, may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
